Click the notification or go to Compliance → Annual Reports. Review your company info — make corrections if anything changed.

Confirm the filing and pay the state fee (charged to your payment method on file).

We submit your annual report to the state electronically.

Receive confirmation
When accepted, you get confirmation and a copy of the filed report saved to your documents.

Good standing certificates
After filing your annual report, you can order a Certificate of Good Standing:- Go to Company → Documents
- Click Order Certificate of Good Standing
- State issues certificate (usually within 24-48 hours)
- Download from your documents
- Opening bank accounts
- Applying for loans
- Signing contracts
- Registering in other states
